  2. Incorrect Amount: If a donor enters an incorrect amount, we will refund the excess amount.
  3. Cancellation of Event/Program: If an event or program is cancelled, we will refund the donation made for that specific event/program.

Refund Process:

  1. Donor must request a refund within 30 days of making the donation.
  2. Donor must provide proof of donation (receipt number, transaction ID, etc.).
  3. Refund will be made through the original payment method.

Refund Timeline:

  1. Refund request received: Within 7 working days.
  2. Refund processed: Within 15 working days.
  3. Within 15 days in your original payment method.
