Refund and Return Policy
1. Donations
- Donations made to Jodhadas Siksha Avm Yuva Utthaan Foundation are non-refundable.
- In case of any technical error during the donation process (e.g., duplicate transaction), donors can contact us within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.
- Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
2. Course Fees & Educational Services
- Fees paid for courses, workshops, or training programs are non-refundable once the course has started.
- If a participant wishes to withdraw before the course commencement, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
- In case of course cancellation by the foundation, a full refund or course rescheduling will be offered.
3. Product Returns (If Applicable)
- If the foundation sells any physical products (books, study materials, etc.), returns will be accepted only if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- A return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and receipts.
- Refunds for returned products will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
4. Event Registrations
- Fees for event registrations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the foundation.
- If an event is postponed, the registration will be carried forward to the new date.
